Volleyball Recap: University Christian Triumphs

University Christian posted their closest victory since September 13th on Saturday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Matanzas Pirates 2-1. For the Christians, this counts as revenge for the 2-0 victory the Pirates walked away with the last time they faced one another back in September of 2024.

University Christian's win bumped their record up to 10-12. As for Matanzas, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-6 record this season.

University Christian is taking a road trip to take on Christ's Church Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Matanzas, they will face off against Father Lopez at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
