Orem lost to Spanish Fork on Thursday, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Friday. The Tigers sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 5-3 win over the Dons.

Orem pushed their record up to 15-8 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. The road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.7 runs over those games. As for Spanish Fork, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-15.

Coming up, Orem will challenge Cedar Valley at 3:30 p.m. on Monday. The Tigers are facing the Aviators at the right time seeing as the Aviators are stuck on a ten-game losing streak. As for Spanish Fork, they will face off against Timpview at 3:30 p.m. on Monday.
