Volleyball Recap: Oakwood Academy Comes Up Short

The Oakwood Academy Mustangs came up short against the St. John Paul II Falcons on Tuesday and fell 2-0. The Mustangs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-8.

Oakwood Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 11-13. As for St. John Paul II, they are on a roll lately: they've won 21 of their last 22 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 27-11 record this season.

Oakwood Academy has already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Good Hope on the 7th. As for St. John Paul II, after both having extra time off, they and Randolph School will shake off the rust and duke it out at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
