Logan has gone a perfect 5-0 against Groveport-Madison recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Chieftains will head out on the road to face off against the Cruisers at 7:15 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Logan has eight straight victories, Groveport-Madison has nine straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the pitch.

On Tuesday, it was close, but Logan sidestepped Westerville South for a 2-1 win. That's two games straight that Logan have won by just one goal.

Meanwhile, while it was all tied up 1-1 at halftime, Groveport-Madison was not quite Johnstown-Monroe's equal in the second half on Monday. They came up short against the Johnnies, falling 6-1.

Groveport-Madison's loss dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Logan, their victory bumped their record up to 9-3-1.

Logan took their win against Groveport-Madison in their previous meeting back in October of 2024 by a conclusive 6-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Chieftains since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
