Basketball Recap: Nekoosa Takes a Loss

Nekoosa lost against Wisconsin Dells back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Nekoosa Papermakers took a blow against the Wisconsin Dells Chiefs, falling 68-22. While losing is never fun, the Papermakers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 410th, while the Chiefs are ranked 58th).

Nekoosa's loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 3-19. As for Wisconsin Dells, the win was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 19-2.

As of now, neither Nekoosa nor Wisconsin Dells have any future games scheduled.
