Soccer Recap: Brooks Comes Up Short

Brooks was the 4-0 winner over Kenwood when they last played one another back in April of 2019, but their luck changed this time around. The Eagles lost 10-2 to the Broncos on Tuesday. Things were pretty much settled by the half as Brooks were already down 8-0.

Brooks' loss was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 3-4. As for Kenwood, the win was the ninth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Brooks will head out to square off against Lindblom at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Kenwood, they will be taking part in a tournament against Hubbard at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
