Softball Recap: P.K. Yonge Takes a Loss

P.K. Yonge scored first but ultimately less than University Christian in their contest on Saturday. They came up short against the University Christian Christians, falling 12-2. The Blue Wave have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

P.K. Yonge saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Emma Mansfield, who scored a run while going 1-for-2.

P.K. Yonge's loss dropped their record down to 3-7. As for University Christian, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 8-0.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. P.K. Yonge will host Countryside Christian at 7:00 p.m. on March 24th. Countryside Christian knows how to get runs on the board -- the squad has finished with ten runs or more in their past four matchups -- so hopefully P.K. Yonge likes a good challenge. As for University Christian, they will face off against Bishop Snyder at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
