Volleyball Game Preview: Benton Central Bison vs. Southwood Knights

After both having extra time off, the Benton Central Bison and the Southwood Knights will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. Benton Central will be looking to extend their current 12-game winning streak.

Benton Central is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Saturday. They put the hurt on Sheridan with a sharp 3-0 win.

Meanwhile, Southwood hadn't done well against Wapahani recently (they were 0-4 in their previous four matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Saturday. The Knights blew past the Raiders 3-0.

Benton Central's victory bumped their record up to 25-5. As for Southwood, their win bumped their record up to 30-3.

Benton Central came up short against Southwood in their previous matchup back in October of 2017, falling 2-0. Can the Bison avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
