Soccer Recap: Meridian Takes a Loss

Meridian lost against Nooksack Valley back in November of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Trojans lost 5-1 to the Pioneers. Meridian just can't catch a break and have now endured five defeats in a row.

Meridian's loss dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Nooksack Valley, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-7-1.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Meridian is set to square off against their familiar foe Sedro-Woolley at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Nooksack Valley will face off against rival Mt. Baker at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
