Basketball Recap: River Ridge Continues Home Dominance on Thursday

River Ridge won the last time they faced Potosi/Cassville and things went their way on Thursday too. The River Ridge Timberwolves walked away with a 45-32 win over Potosi/Cassville. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Timberwolves.

River Ridge's victory was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 4-2. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 27.5 points per game. As for Potosi/Cassville, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. River Ridge will host Benton at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. River Ridge is facing Benton at the right time seeing as Benton is stuck on an eight-game losing streak. As for Potosi/Cassville, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Black Hawk at 7:15 p.m. on December 20th.
