Basketball Recap: Nashua-Plainfield Takes a Loss

If Nashua-Plainfield was riding high fresh off their 48-24 takedown of Northwood-Kensett on Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Huskies took a 49-33 bruising from the Clarksville Indians on Saturday. The Huskies were not able to make up for their defeat to the Indians from their previous meeting back in December of 2024.

Nashua-Plainfield's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Clarksville, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Nashua-Plainfield will head out to challenge Newman Catholic at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Clarksville, they will venture away from home to take on Riceville at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
