Texico is 8-2 against Santa Rosa since April of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Wolverines will be home for the holidays to greet the Lions at 7:00 p.m. Texico will come into the game with an undefeated record on the line.

Texico lost a heartbreaker the last time they played Mesilla Valley Christian School, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Saturday's contest. The Wolverines were the clear victors by a 67-47 margin over the SonBlazers on Saturday. Fans of the Wolverines have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season has ended in a blowout of 20+ points.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Santa Rosa faced off against Eunice on Saturday. The Lions strolled past the Cardinals with points to spare, taking the game 63-49.

Texico's win bumped their record up to 5-0. As for Santa Rosa, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

Texico was able to grind out a solid win over Santa Rosa in their previous matchup back in December of 2024, winning 69-62. Do the Wolverines have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Lions turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
