Preview: Middletown Blue Raiders vs. Camp Hill Lions
After two games on the road, Middletown is heading back home. They will take on the Camp Hill Lions at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Hopefully Middletown is not getting complacent, as they presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Camp Hill in Pennsylvania (Middletown is ranked 283rd, while Camp Hill is ranked 575th).
Last Friday, Middletown didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against East Pennsboro, but they still walked away with a 54-50 victory.
Meanwhile, Camp Hill came up short against Boiling Springs on Friday and fell 64-54. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Camp Hill in their matchups with Boiling Springs: they've now lost five in a row.
Middletown's victory bumped their record up to 7-5. As for Camp Hill, their defeat was their fifth straight on the road, which bumped their record down to 2-12.
Everything went Middletown's way against Camp Hill when the teams last played back in December of 2023 as Middletown made off with a 62-39 win. Will Middletown repeat their success, or does Camp Hill have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
