Soccer Recap: Bullock Creek Takes a Loss

Bullock Creek lost against Standish-Sterling two weeks ago, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Lancers fell 3-1 to the Panthers. While losing is never fun, Bullock Creek can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Michigan soccer rankings (they are ranked 239th, while Standish-Sterling are ranked 75th).

Bullock Creek's loss dropped their record down to 3-3-3. As for Standish-Sterling, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 8-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bullock Creek will square off against Ogemaw Heights at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Standish-Sterling, they will challenge Caro at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
