Basketball Recap: Manassas Park Comes Up Short

Manassas Park was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They fell 45-38 to the Brentsville District Tigers. The Cougars were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Tigers earlier this season, when they won 54-35.

Manassas Park's record is now 1-9. As for Brentsville District, they moved to 1-10 with that win, which also ended their 16-game losing streak.

Manassas Park didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 52-30 defeat against Liberty on the 15th. As for Brentsville District, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Culpeper County at 7:30 p.m. Brentsville District is facing Culpeper County at the right time seeing as Culpeper County is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
