Volleyball Recap: Western Wayne Takes a Loss

The Western Wayne Wildcats lost 3-0 to the Greater Nanticoke Area Trojans on Thursday.

While Western Wayne was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-21, 25-22.

Western Wayne's loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Western Wayne will take on North Pocono at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Greater Nanticoke Area, they are packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game this season: they will take on Hazleton Area at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. This will be Greater Nanticoke Area's first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
