Volleyball Recap: Wheaton Comes Up Short

Wheaton lost against School of the Ozarks back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Bulldogs took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Patriots.

The final score came out to 25-16, 25-17.

Wheaton dropped their record down to 1-3-1 with the defeat, which was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for School of the Ozarks, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 7-1.

School of the Ozarks didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Hurley on the 13th. Hopefully Wheaton paid attention to the Patriots' contest: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Patriots at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday.
