Archbishop Murphy gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Thursday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Marysville-Pilchuck Tomahawks a 7-0 shutout. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Wildcats also won the last time the pair played back in March of 2024.

Looking ahead, Archbishop Murphy will take on Lynnwood at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The game will give Lynnwood their first taste of in-conferenceaction this season. As for Marysville-Pilchuck, they will venture away from home to face off against Monroe at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
