With a playoff win on the line, Atlantic Christian rose to the challenge on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Lake Worth Christian Defenders. This was a revenge game for the Sharks: when they faced off against the Defenders back in September, they had to take a 3-1 defeat.

Despite the loss, Lake Worth Christian still got an impressive performance from Ella Vandenberg, who had 14 digs and two aces.

Atlantic Christian now has a winning record of 13-12. As for Lake Worth Christian, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 13-14 record this season.

Coincidentally, Atlantic Christian and Lake Worth Christian will both be playing Pine the next time they take the court. The Sharks will host the Knights at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Defenders will head out to face them at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
