Anthony Wayne won the last time they faced Ross and Anthony Trombley did his part to make sure it happened again. The Generals blew past the Little Giants 76-55 on Friday for which the team can thank Trombley, who went 5-for-11 en route to 24 points in addition to eight boards and six steals. He continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played.

Despite the loss, Ross saw an underclassman step up: freshman Jake Cahill posted 13 points. Dylan McDonald was another key player, putting up nine points.

The victory made it two in a row for Anthony Wayne and bumps their season record up to 12-7. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.5 points over those games. As for Ross, they have been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last ten contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-17 record this season.
