Basketball Recap: Culbertson Drops Highest Score of Season Against Froid/Medicine Lake

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Culbertson). They took their game on Friday with ease, bagging a 76-26 victory over the Froid/Medicine Lake Redhawks. With that win, the Cowboys brought their scoring average up to 51.1 points per game.

Culbertson can attribute much of their success to Mark Kirkaldie, who went 7 for 13 on his way to 15 points and seven boards. Dawson Bergum was another key player, putting up ten points and four steals.

Culbertson's record is now 8-5. As for Froid/Medicine Lake, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8.

Culbertson will venture away from home to face off against Fairview at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Froid/Medicine Lake does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
