It was a good run, but Flinthills unfortunately witnessed the end of their five-match winning streak on Tuesday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Argonia Raiders. The Mustangs were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Raiders apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-16.

Flinthills' defeat was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 6-1 and their overall record down to 15-6. As for Argonia, the victory was the 23rd in a row for them, bringing their record up to 27-1.

Flinthills wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-1 win against Lebo on the 2nd. As for Argonia, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Udall on the 30th.
