Recap: Jeannette Jayhawks vs. Springdale Dynamos
The Springdale Dynamos typically have all the answers at home, but on Tuesday the Jeannette Jayhawks proved too difficult a challenge. They came out on top against the Dynamos by a score of 63-50. That's another feather in the cap for Jeannette, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Jeannette to victory, but perhaps none more so than Markus McGowan, who scored 14 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Noah Sunder, who scored ten points.
Jeannette's victory bumped their record up to 13-7. As for Springdale, their loss dropped their record down to 14-7.
Jeannette will look to defend their home court on Friday against Riverview at 7:30 p.m. As for Springdale, they will head out on the road to square off against Greensburg Central Catholic at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Greensburg Central Catholic will roll in looking for their 11th straight win, something Springdale surely won't give up without a fight.
