After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Rutgers Prep, Hillsborough was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They walked away with a 55-47 win over the Phillipsburg Stateliners. This was a revenge game for the Raiders: when they faced off against the Stateliners back in January, they had to take a 56-51 loss.

Hillsborough found their leader in freshman Jack Toth, who posted 17 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Aaron Feath, who had ten points.

Hillsborough is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 12-9 record this season. As for Phillipsburg, their defeat ended an eight-game streak of away wins and brought them to 15-7.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hillsborough will host Notre Dame at 5:03 p.m. on Thursday. As for Phillipsburg, they will face off against Freehold Boro at 3:00 p.m. on Monday. Freehold Boro will roll in looking for their eighth straight victory, something Phillipsburg surely won't give up without a fight.
