Football Game Preview: Swansea Tigers vs. Keenan Raiders

Swansea is preparing for their first region matchup of the season on Friday. They will head out to challenge the Keenan Raiders at 7:30 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Swansea has six straight wins, Keenan has three straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the field.

On Friday, Swansea really took it to Columbia for the full four quarters, racking up a 36-6 victory. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 28-6.

Meanwhile, Keenan took a blow against Chester on Friday, falling 35-6.

Keenan's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Swansea, their win bumped their record up to 6-0.

Swansea didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against Keenan in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, but they still walked away with a 44-38 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Tigers since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
