There's no place like home for East Bladen, who bounced back after a  loss on the road  last Tuesday. They took their  match  on Friday with ease, bagging  a  57-28 win over the West Columbus Vikings. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Eagles considering their 27-point performance the  game before.
 Despite the  defeat, West Columbus saw an underclassman step up: sophomore  Garry Brown  posted 11 points. The dominant performance also gave  Brown a new career-high in  field goal percentage (57%).  Zion Eady was another key player,  putting up three  points and six  boards.
East Bladen's victory bumped their record up to 8-12. As for West Columbus, their loss was  their 11th straight on the road dating back to last season, which  dropped their record down to 3-16.
 Coincidentally,  the two teams will both be playing Pender the next time they take the court. East Bladen will head out to face Pender at 7:30  p.m.  on Monday, while West Columbus will  host them  at 7:30  p.m.  on Tuesday.
