The Tri-Valley Bears will face off against SS Seward at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Tri-Valley is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.5 runs per game this season.

Tri-Valley lost 9-1 to Sullivan West on Thursday. The Bears have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask SS Seward). They put the hurt on Liberty with a sharp 25-6 win on Tuesday. SS Seward has beaten Liberty the last five times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest Liberty has come to flipping the script.

SS Seward's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Tri-Valley, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-7.

Everything went Tri-Valley's way against SS Seward when the teams last played back in April, as Tri-Valley made off with an 11-2 win. Will the Bears repeat their success, or do SS Seward have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
