Volleyball Game Preview: Louisville Leopards vs. Roosevelt Rough Riders

Louisville hasn't had much luck against Roosevelt recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Leopards will head out on the road to challenge the Rough Riders at 7:00 a.m.

Louisville came up short against Firestone on Tuesday, falling 3-0. The Leopards have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Roosevelt made easy work of Howland on Thursday and carried off a 3-0 win.

The victory didn't come easy: Howland scored at least 19 points in every set. The final score came out to 25-21, 25-19, 28-22.

Roosevelt has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-7 record this season. As for Louisville, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-6.

Louisville couldn't quite get it done against Roosevelt when the teams last played back in April of 2024 as they fell 3-1. Can the Leopards avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
