Basketball Recap: Loachapoka Comes Up Short

Loachapoka lost against Lanett last Tuesday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Loachapoka Indians had to suffer through a 41-4 loss at the hands of the Lanett Panthers. The contest marked the Indians' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

This is the second loss in a row for Loachapoka and nudges their season record down to 8-7. As for Lanett, they have been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 12 games, which provided a nice bump to their 13-6 record this season.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing LaFayette the next time they take the court. Loachapoka will head out to face LaFayette at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, while Lanett will host them at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
