West waltzed into their match on Tuesday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They came out on top against the Lodi Flames by a score of 3-1. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in March.

West had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 24-26, 25-22, 25-22, 25-14.

Matthew Deleon was nothing short of spectacular: he had 25 digs and four assists. Those four assists gave him a new career-high.

West's record now sits at 13-6. As for Lodi, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 11-9.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. West is set to face off against their familiar foe Kimball at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Lodi will square off against rival Lincoln at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
