Softball Recap: Cloverleaf Takes a Loss

Cloverleaf and Marlington squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Cloverleaf had to settle for second. They came up short against the Dukes, falling 10-0. Having soared to a lofty 13 runs in the game before, the Colts' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Cloverleaf's loss dropped their record down to 13-11. As for Marlington, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 12 of their last 13 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-6 record this season.

As of now, neither Cloverleaf nor Marlington have any future games scheduled.
