Soccer Recap: La Monte Takes a Loss

La Monte was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They lost 5-0 to the Jefferson City Jays. That's two games in a row now that La Monte have lost by exactly five goals.

La Monte's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Jefferson City, their victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-5-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. La Monte will host Warrensburg at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Jefferson City, they will take on Hickman at 6:40 p.m. on Tuesday.
