Santana scaled the state rankings by moving to 797 from 829 this week, the biggest jump in Grossmont - Valley. The Sultans climbed the ranks as a result of falling to Point Loma 35-3.

Adding to the longest winning streak in the league this week, El Capitan beat West Hills 45-26. The win marks fifth in a row for the the Vaqueros.

Mount Miguel's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Brad Moreno threw for 118 yards and Rashad Harper had 69 yards receiving. On the ground Ben Lomibao chipped in 118 yards. Jovon Richardson helped Mount Miguel's passing attack out by catching 2 balls for 36 yards.

Lomibao was the best running back in the league this week. In 11 carries, he ran for 118 yards as the Matadors bested Valhalla. Teammate Davaughn Murray added to the ground attack by rushing for 108 yards.

Mount Miguel's offense cannot be tamed this season and the Matadors feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Moreno has thrown for 769 yards and 3 touchdowns this season, while Harper has 20 catches for 419 yards.

Santana made the biggest leap in the national rankings this week, rising to 11,376 from 11,685. They were able to move up in the ranks after a 35-3 victory over the Sultans last week.
