Basketball Recap: Cienega Skates Past Crismon with Ease

Cienega saw some tournament action on Saturday. They blew past the Crismon Rattlers, posting a 46-12 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Bobcats.

Cienega can attribute much of their success to Isabel Elisea, who shot 46% from the field en route to 13 points and five steals. That's the most points Elisea has posted since back in November of 2024. Alyanna Morales was another key player, going 5-for-7 on her way to 11 points.

Cienega now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Crismon, their loss dropped their record down to 2-1.

Looking ahead, Cienega will head out to challenge Lincoln Prep at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Crismon, they will square off against Copper Canyon at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
