Preview: Rouse vs. Cedar Park
The Rouse Raiders will be playing in front of their home fans against the Cedar Park Timberwolves at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Rouse is coming into the match hot, having won their last five games.
In what's become a running theme this season, Rouse gave their fans yet another huge win on Friday. Their defense stepped up to hand Glenn a 5-0 shutout. It was an even better day for Mia Merz as she scored four goals for her team.
Meanwhile, after some red-hot offensive attacks in their last four matches, Cedar Park finally came back down to earth on Friday. They fell just short of Leander by a score of 2-1.
Rouse is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season. As for Cedar Park, their defeat ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 9-2-1.
Rouse came out on top in a nail-biter against Cedar Park in their previous matchup back in March of 2023, sneaking past 1-0. Does Rouse have another victory up their sleeve, or will Cedar Park turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
