The matchup between Lawrence County and Greenup County on Thursday hardly resembled the 2-0 effort from their previous meeting. The Bulldogs blew past the Musketeers 8-2. Considering Lawrence County have won six contests by more than two goals this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Lawrence County's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-7-1. Those home wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 17 goals over those three matches. As for Greenup County, their loss dropped their record down to 5-7.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lawrence County will welcome Pikeville at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
