Basketball Recap: Manistique Comes Up Short

Manistique was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss dating back to last season. They were outmatched by the Westwood Patriots and fell 53-26. The Emeralds were probably out for revenge after losing 56-38 to them when the teams met back in February, then they'll just have to keep looking.

The win got Westwood back to even at 2-2.

Manistique will head out to face off against Gwinn at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. Manistique is facing Gwinn at the right time seeing as Gwinn is stuck on a three-game losing streak. Westwood will take on Negaunee in a holiday battle at at 7:15 p.m. on December 20th.
