Volleyball Recap: Clovis North Takes a Loss

Clovis North was the 2-1 winner over Bakersfield Christian when they last played one another back in August of 2019, but their luck changed this time around. The Broncos fell 2-0 to the Eagles on Friday. The Broncos have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

While Clovis North ultimately came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least 20 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-20.

Clovis North now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Bakersfield Christian, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 3-1.

Clovis North wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-1 victory against San Joaquin Memorial on the 22nd. As for Bakersfield Christian, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Clovis on the 22nd.
