Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Hoquiam). They blew past the Ilwaco Fishermen 10-1 on Friday. Hoquiam haven't had any issues with Ilwaco recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

Hoquiam's win bumped their record up to 6-8-2. As for Ilwaco, their defeat was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 0-11.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hoquiam will challenge Chief Leschi at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Ilwaco, they will face off against Raymond/South Bend at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Raymond/South Bend will roll in looking for their 13th straight victory, something Ilwaco surely won't give up without a fight.
