Fort Mill hadn't done well against Catawba Ridge recently (they were 0-8 in their previous eight matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. While the 0-0 score might suggest a draw, it was the Yellow Jackets who were credited with the victory. The Fort Mill Yellow Jackets got it done in the shootout by posting four goals to the Catawba Ridge Copperheads' three. This was a revenge game for Fort Mill: when they faced off against Catawba Ridge back in March, they had to take a 2-1 defeat.
