Softball Preview: Carbondale Terriers vs. DuQuoin Indians
The Carbondale Terriers will head out on the road to square off against the DuQuoin Indians at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Carbondale will be hoping to continue their four-game streak of scoring more runs each contest than the last.
On Monday, Carbondale made easy work of Meridian and carried off an 18-6 win.

Carbondale's victory bumped their record up to 11-14-1. As for DuQuoin, their loss dropped their record down to 9-19.
DuQuoin's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Carbondale has been making plenty of contact this season, having averaged 8.9 hits per game.
