Champlain Valley Union barely beat Mt. Mansfield the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Redhawks put the hurt on the Cougars with a sharp 3-0 win on Saturday. The result was nothing new for Champlain Valley Union, who have now won five matchups by three goals or more so far this season.

Julian Olin and Sebastian Bronk scored all three of Champlain Valley Union's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 11 goals.

Champlain Valley Union's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-0-1. The home wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored ten goals over those three games. As for Mt. Mansfield, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-2-1.
