Recap: Pleasant Hill Roosters/Chicks vs. Lawson Cardinals
On Friday, Pleasant Hill ended up a good deal behind Lawson and lost 48-33.
Lawson's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Brogan Crawford, who scored 13 points along with eight rebounds. Crawford is on a roll when it comes to blocks, as he's now posted two or more in the last seven games he's played. Another player making a difference was Waylon Templeton, who scored 11 points.
Pleasant Hill has not been sharp recently, as they've lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-7 record this season. As for Lawson, they now have a winning record of 6-5.
Pleasant Hill will be playing in front of their home fans against Harrisonville at 7:20 p.m. on Wednesday. Harrisonville presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Pleasant Hill in Missouri (Harrisonville is ranked 178th, while Pleasant Hill is ranked 400th). As for Lawson, they will head out on the road to face off against East Buchanan at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
