If McLain Science & Tech was riding high fresh off their 48-18 takedown of Broken Bow last Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The McLain Science & Tech Titans received a blow on Friday as they fell 21-6 to the Hilldale Hornets. The Titans haven't had much luck with the Hornets recently, as the team's come up short the last five times they've met.

Gage Rowland had an outrageously good game for Hilldale as he rushed for 169 yards and a touchdown. That's the most rushing yards Rowland has posted since back in September of 2023. Brady Scott also helped out with an impressive 127 receiving yards.

McLain Science & Tech's loss dropped their record down to 5-5. As for Hilldale, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-4.

McLain Science & Tech does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Hilldale has already played their next contest, a 21-9 victory against Miami on the 15th.
