Montgomery entered their tilt with Santa Rosa on Thursday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Everything went their way against the Santa Rosa Panthers as they made off with a 48-26 victory. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 52-32 back in January.

Santa Rosa's defeat came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Kai Callender, who posted eight points and seven rebounds. The dominant performance gave Callender a new career-high in boards. Arlo Mischke was another key player, putting up six points and six rebounds.

Montgomery pushed their record up to 17-7 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Santa Rosa, their loss dropped their record down to 14-9.

Montgomery didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 48-22 victory against Windsor on the 4th. As for Santa Rosa, they have also already played their next game, a 51-42 defeat against St. Vincent de Paul on the 1st.
