Volleyball Recap: Exeter-West Greenwich Takes a Loss

Exeter-West Greenwich was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 19th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Portsmouth Patriots. The Scarlet Knights were not able to make up for their loss to the Patriots from their previous meeting back in May of 2024.

Exeter-West Greenwich's defeat dropped their record down to 0-12. As for Portsmouth, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 13-1.

Exeter-West Greenwich has already played their next game, a 3-2 victory against Block Island on the 14th. As for Portsmouth, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-1 win against Hope on the 14th.
