Basketball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Ramey Rhoades and Parker Webster Lead Challis to Victory + How To Watch

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Mackay, Challis was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They managed a 69-64 victory over the Dietrich Blue Devils. For the Vikings, this counts as revenge for the 58-36 win the Blue Devils walked away with the last time they faced one another back in March.

Challis was led to victory by Parker Webster and Ramey Rhoades. Webster dropped a double-double with 29 points and 13 boards, while Rhoades shot 69% from the field to rack up 23 points along with six rebounds and three steals. Those 13 boards gave Webster a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Aiden Holladay, who posted four points and seven rebounds.

Challis' first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Dietrich, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-6.

Looking ahead, Challis won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Non Varsity Tournament Opponent at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Dietrich, they will be home for the holidays to greet Oakley at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
