It was a good run, but Desert Hills unfortunately witnessed the end of their five-game winning streak on Thursday. They took a 49-38 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Dixie Flyers. The Thunder were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Flyers earlier this season, when they won 63-54.

Desert Hills' defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 12-8. As for Dixie, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 13-10.

As of now, neither Desert Hills nor Dixie have any future games scheduled.
