Volleyball Game Preview: Tomas Gators vs. Randle Lions

The Tomas Gators will face off against the Randle Lions at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Having struggled with five defeats in a row, Tomas turned things around against Terry on Thursday. They blew past the Rangers 3-0. The Gators not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since August 21st (when they won 3-0).

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-14, 25-15.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Randle faced off against Fort Bend Kempner on Friday. The Lions came out on top against the Cougars by a score of 3-1.

Randle now has a winning record of 15-14. As for Tomas, their victory was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-4 and their overall record up to 5-25.
