Soccer Recap: Nansemond-Suffolk Academy Takes a Loss

Nansemond-Suffolk Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 5-1 to the Summit Christian Academy Eagles. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Nansemond-Suffolk Academy of the 1-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2024.

Nansemond-Suffolk Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Summit Christian Academy, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 4-1-1.

Looking ahead, Nansemond-Suffolk Academy will square off against Norfolk Christian at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Summit Christian Academy, they will face off against Windsor at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
